ICA has developed a methodology that allows, through the semi-automatic processing of satellite images and / or aerial photographs, identify significant temporal changes of the built surface. The results of this analysis can be combined with the cadastral GIS fiscal or be used as input for the analysis of urban dynamics purposes.
